Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 1,200 m² garden. The space The accommodation comprises - 15 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with 2 twin beds (90×200) that can be brought together to make a double bed (180×200) and wardrobe. - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A private, secure, unheated swimming pool (4x2.5 m) with two benches, one of which is a whirlpool. Open from mid-May to the end of October. The pool can be heated on request from the owners for an additional fee (€150/week). Pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. - A 54 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather - A private enclosed garden of 1200 m². - A shared pétanque court on the estate Other things to note - Additional equipment on request: cot, baby chair, booster seat, baby bath, fitted sheet for cot. - Pool towels available on request - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future guests.
