Downstairs there is a sofa bed, a Smart TV, dining table, workbench, toilet and a fully equipped kitchen, with a washer-dryer (clothes). The space has two small balconies and a garage for 1 car. Guest access Access to the building is by facial recognition or password. For garage use we provide control of the gate. It is a family friendly and cozy space, to rest and work quietly.
