Living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove). Private terrace and garden. Access from June to September to the 10 x 5 m saltwater pool and summer kitchen of the Le Carpe Diem estate. The space Fully air-conditioned Dordogne stone maisonette of about 50 m² with private terrace and garden. Parking, swimming pool and summer kitchen shared with Domaine Le Carpe Diem. Living room composed of a lounge with wood stove (only for winter), dining room and equipped and fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, range hood). 1st bedroom composed of a 140 X 190 cm bed with its shower room/toilet including a walk-in shower. Small dressing room in the bedroom. 2nd bedroom composed of a 140 X 190 cm bed with its shower room/toilet including a walk-in shower. Small storage space in the bedroom. Childcare equipment available free of charge upon request. We do not provide baby bedding. Linens (sheets for both beds, towels and kitchen towels) are provided and set up before your arrival at no extra cost. Guest access The cottage, terrace and garden of the Le Petit Pattaris gîte are private. The pool, summer kitchen and parking are shared with other Domaine Le Carpe Diem accommodations. However, for this season, only the Le Petit Pattaris cottage will be rented. Other things to note Private terrace and garden secured by a mesh fence and a gate.
