The space The accommodation comprises - A 40 m² living room with sofa and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room with WC - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), bunk bed (sleeps 2) and en-suite shower room with WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. Outside: - A 25 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Err, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the streets of the town, close to the flat.
