Comfortable room - 5 min walk to Pinheiros subway

(NOTE: Super restricted check-in and checkout times. I can only host guests in the morning, as I need to be present. Before requesting a reservation, please contact me) We are just 5 minutes from the subway and Pinheiros Bus Terminal and 15 minutes from the Faria Lima subway, next to Largo da Batata, where there are numerous bars, supermarkets, restaurants, Sesc, Tomie Ohtake Institute, Eldorado Shopping Mall, +- 20 minutes by bus or bicycle to USP, among other facilities. The space There are 2 bedrooms in the house, 1 for the resident and another for rent. YOUR ROOM has a soft double bed, a clothes rack and a drawer to store your clothes. We offer bedding, blankets and towels. COLLECTIVE use spaces: - Spacious living room with TV and Chromecast; - Kitchen - Bathroom - Mini backyard, with washing machine and open area to dry clothes. (allowed to use after one week of stay - the guest must have their own soap) My room and my studio are not for common use. Guest access exclusive guest room/shared: shared living room, backyard, kitchen and bathroom Other things to note - Mandatory prior submission of proof of Covid vaccine, through the app, before check-in - Guests are not allowed to bring visitors, even if they are not sleeping over. Not even for a quick stop, no exceptions. Any extra person must be informed at the time of booking. - WE DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE, and we hope the guest understands that: 1) It is our home, so it is natural to find the house in a state of routine use. We ALWAYS do a complete cleaning and sanitizing of the guest room with each new booking. In common areas, weekly, and maintenance whenever necessary. But understand that it is a normal, inhabited house, just as yours should be ;) 2) As I said, we do not charge a cleaning fee, so we expect the guest to collaborate minimally with the maintenance of the common spaces. Sorry, but if you pee on the edge of the toilet, don't flush, or don't dry the bathroom floor after use, please look for another place.
