The space Small house located in a quiet area of Han-sur-lesse, 10 minutes walk from the historic center and all its activities (caves, safari, playground,...) There are also many walks to do to discover our beautiful region. Ideal for a pleasant time, you can enjoy a large terrace arranged for relaxation and a beautiful garden (trampoline for the little ones). There are two bedrooms, one large with a double bed and a smaller one with two single beds (possibility of making it a double bed). Bed linens are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we can provide you with sheets for a flat fee of 50 euros per stay to be paid separately. A shower room with an Italian shower and toilet. The house is completely on one level and will therefore be suitable for people with reduced mobility. You will have a beautiful living room with its wood burning stove for winter evenings and a beautiful kitchen/dining room for your meals with family or friends. We can provide you with a crib upon request at no additional cost. There is also a high chair for the little ones as well as some games. We will ask you to respect the calm of the place, so night parties are not allowed. You can easily park in the large parking lot in front of the house. There is a small grocery store in the center of the village a 3-minute drive away. A laundromat is located in Rochefort, 10 minutes by car, as well as other shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and bars. A deposit of 300 euros will be required before your stay, with payment on account, and will be remitted directly to you depending on cleanliness and any damage, after the inventory. Guest access The house is fully at your disposal as well as the exteriors. Other things to note We would like to clarify that we do not accept that there will be more guests during your stay. We also ask that you make the space clean and tidy as you arrived, emptied fridge and garbage taken out in a garbage bag. Bed linen are not included. We can provide you with linens for a flat fee of 50 euros per stay to be paid to us separately. Security deposit requested in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
