Welcome to our charming studio nestled in the heart of the prestigious Champagne vineyards. We are a young winegrower couple and we will be delighted to welcome you to our studio. This will bring you modern comfort and authentic country living. In the heart of the Champagne region and close to Marne-La-Vallée/Paris. The space Fully independent 15 m2 studio (only adjoining our house) with a double bed, a sitting area with two armchairs and a coffee table, kitchen with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kitchenware, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Space with high stools for 2-person meals. The property can accommodate 2 adults + 1 baby (baby crib provided on request) or 1 adult + 1 child (in the same bed) or 1 adult + 1 child (in the same bed) + 1 baby Independent entrance on the side of the house. Linens provided, bath towels available as well as coffee pods, chocolate, tea, herbal teas, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper... Located in a very quiet residential area, possibility to pick up travelers at Nogent-L'Artaud train station (2 min by car or 13 min on foot). Nogent-L'Artaud – Paris: 1 hour by train and car. You can park your vehicle right in front of the accommodation. We also have, if needed, a closed garage for motorcycles and bicycles. Ideal for business trips but also for couples. We have a second studio for 4 people right next to it. Don't hesitate to check out our listing "Studio Champenois" if you need more beds for your stay (subject to availability). In the heart of Champagne wine country, you will have the opportunity to visit the Champagne cellars 15 minutes away (Château-Thierry) and explore the Champagne tourist route. We are winegrowers ourselves and we sell our Champagne on site if you wish, please just let us know. 45 minutes from Disney Park/Marne la Vallée/Val d'Europe 45 minutes from Reims/Epernay Local shops: bakery, hairdresser, fast food (kebab, pizzas), bar, small supermarket, pharmacy. Other things to note We have a second studio "Studio Champenois" for 4 people right next to it, so you may come across other tenants in the hallway.
