Authentic Ardèche farm: pool and river

Nestled in a preserved green setting, it offers comfort, calm and a change of scenery. You will enjoy a private swimming pool and a large plot of land on two levels crossed by a river. This exceptional setting, where the house borders the water, creates a unique atmosphere. A perfect place to relax and discover the treasures of the Ardèche. The space Authentic former Ardèche farmhouse in a paradisiacal setting. You will enjoy its swimming pool and beautiful grounds (not fenced) where a river flows. You will discover on the ground floor of the house: -A characterful living room with an equipped kitchen (new oven/fridge/hob) + dishwasher. - A rural dining room, with a large oak table, a serving area overlooking a stone fireplace (non-functional), with direct access to the terrace and pool (unheated, cool in September) -A living room with an office -A separate toilet Upstairs (all the paintings have just been done): -4 bedrooms (2 beds 160/1 bed 140/2 beds supposedly 90) 2 of the 4 bedrooms open onto the second terrace where a relaxation area is available. -A bathroom with toilet Regarding the outside, the house consists of two terraces, to eat, sunbathe or to isolate for a coffee break... The house and its grounds are without vis-à-vis and will allow you to circulate in complete privacy. Please note that the land is sloping and not fenced. A porch will allow you to park your cars safely. Linens provided (sheets and towels) Guest access For better accessibility, it is best to park cars in reverse under the porch. The pool is equipped with an alarm that does not replace the permanent supervision of parents. beware of young children because of steep terrain. Unfenced land. Other things to note Towels and bed linen is provided. (Excluding pool towels) Even though the house is cool, we recommend keeping the doors and windows closed at warm times of the day as the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. The pool is unheated. Nespresso type coffee machine. Housekeeping fees are included in the final price.
