Nestled in a green setting, this fully renovated family stone home opens its doors to you for an unforgettable stay. With 4 spacious bedrooms, it's perfect for families or groups of friends for up to 8. - The house is fully equipped and accommodated to welcome you. - Bed and bath linen will be provided. - You will have access to remarkable outdoor areas: large terrace, garden, pool... To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: A pleasant living room with remarkable volumes bathed in light with access to the terrace. You'll find: - The lounge area consists of two sofas, a coffee table and TV. - The dining room and its large table for warm meals. A beautiful fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the garden and access to the terrace invites you to prepare delicious meals! Four bedrooms: - A large master bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200cm) and closet. - A "child" room with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a closet. - In the dovecote, one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), desk and storage. - On the lower level, one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) with direct access to the garden. A master bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A shower room on the lower level next to the bedroom. - Two separate toilets. - You will also have access to the laundry room with the washing machine and dryer. Outside: - A beautiful terrace furnished with its garden table and chairs to enjoy the view of the pool and the beautiful wooded and landscaped garden. - The pool to cool off on the hot summer days! We don't accept pets or parties. We have a very good relationship with our neighbors and want our guests to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Guest access Enjoy full access to all areas of La Tendresse for an unforgettable stay. You will have exclusive use of the villa, including the 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bright living room with living and dining areas. Relax on the furnished terrace and in the wooded garden, and cool off in the private pool. The laundry room is also available to guests. Please note that access to the property and its amenities is strictly reserved for registered guests. Other things to note We are available for our Guests every day, from 10am to 7pm (we are not reachable between 7pm and 10am, because we too, we like to rest a little). We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we sometimes do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn:) To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. In particular, we will ask you for your identity documents, the signing of the rental agreement (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Agreement) and the security deposit imprint by bank card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab).
