We are excited to share our home with you. Apartment located in the vacation residence: the Domaine du Green, right next to the Aigueleze golf course. This apartment provides all the comforts for a stay as a couple or with family. You benefit from a free parking space, access to the residence's swimming pool. Right next door you have golf, the Tarn, restaurants and other activities for children. The space To access the accommodation you need to climb stairs, push the door and discover it. Take in the panoramic view of the golf course from the living room. A sofa bed has found its place (for one adult or two children maximum as it is 140 x 190) in front of the latter a dining table made by the hands of Corentin that can accommodate 4 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped and functional (dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine...), cooking utensils as well as dishes are available if you want to concoct delicious dishes. For the sleeping area, you will discover the bedroom with its queen-size bed (160 x 200), a dressing room and hangers, a small office area or dressing table for ladies. The bathroom consists of an Italian shower as well as a sink. The toilets are independent. For your convenience, the bed will be made for your arrival, towels as well as shampoo and shower gel are provided. Books for adults & children as well as magazines and board games are available to enhance your evenings. A baby bed, as well as a high chair, can be made available in the accommodation upon advance request, for an extra charge. Find tourist documentation as well as a discount pass inside the accommodation. The accommodation is air-conditioned which allows you to have a pleasant temperature summer and winter. Guest access You have access to the entire place. The pool is open from May to September from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Aigulèze is a small village with many activities. To begin, you have golf, a 9-hole course. A shaded picnic area, where you can have barbecues and enjoy a family meal in nature while listening to the birds sing. 60 hectares along the banks of the Tarn where you can play tennis, hike or bike. A marina also offers water activities: pedal boats, canoeing, sailing school, water skiing and a ride along the Tarn by barge to Albi. For children there is a playground, also a water park with inflatable games on the Tarn. Every Monday evening, enjoy a gourmet market and taste local products. Gaillac is a 5-minute drive, Albi is a 15-minute drive. Other things to note The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, however you have an ashtray on the balcony, you are responsible for not throwing your butts on the ground and emptying the ashtray properly. Pets are allowed in the accommodation under certain conditions (extra charge for cleaning + security deposit check to be handed over on the day of your arrival), your 4-legged friends are your responsibility. They must be kept on a leash when outside. We are happy to welcome you between 3pm and 7pm, after 7pm and on public holidays a supplement will be requested. Checkout is at 11am at the latest, we ask that you leave the appliances clean.
