The space The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 35 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) Exterior: - A beautiful 400 m² fenced and landscaped garden below the chalet - A balcony of approx. 10 m², accessible from the living room, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A 12 m² terrace - A small 9 m² terrace The house is ideally located in Le Ménil, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot in front of the chalet (2 vehicles).
