We are happy to welcome you to an apartment separate from our main home with a private entrance and the possibility of parking in front of the entrance. This 100 m² apartment located on the ground floor can accommodate 5 to 7 people. The area is rich in tourist interests (The First and mother of the Gothic cathedrals of Sens) We are located in St. Clément, located 1 hour 20 minutes from Paris by the A5 motorway and 55 minutes by train from Sens station to Paris The space This 100 m² apartment located on the ground floor can accommodate 5 to 7 people. AMENITIES and SERVICES Equipped kitchen: brand new fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, cups, glasses, pots and pans. Table with seven chairs for breakfast. Available free of charge in the kitchen: coffee machine and pods of different flavors, kettle for tea bags and infusion, sugar. TV – Heating - Fan – Hairdryer – Shower gel – Liquid soap – Parasol, small garden table with chairs. Upon arrival the beds will be made and clean towels will be in the bathroom. We use eco-friendly detergents and softeners that preserve the freshness of linen and towels, while minimizing artificial fragrances. The bed linen is 100% cotton, the mattresses are new, of very good quality and a very good thickness (+28 cm) Enjoy our outdoor space with a small barbecue at your disposal for friendly moments outdoors. Please note that charcoal is not provided, remember to bring some for your grilling. HOUSEKEEPING is included in the price, so you can make the most of your stay without worry. For stays of 6 nights or more, a mid-period cleaning service is also offered, to ensure optimal comfort throughout your stay. Guest access Self check-in with a lockbox to access the apartment.
