It's a completely renovated house, very spacious (no bunk beds, no sofa bed). The garden is very large (2400 m2) protected from outside views by a maintained hedge and with trees that offer a very pleasant shade in summer The space La Maison de la Lionne is a group cottage particularly suitable for families. The sleeping spaces are divided into two and allow you to leave a space dedicated to children. In addition to the 5-bed dormitory, children have a space with games and books to have a good time with each other The listing is as follows: - Ground floor: the bedroom for people with limited mobility with the adapted and private shower room and toilet - On the 2nd floor: the green bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed and the blue bedroom with a double bed and a single bed A large bathroom and separate toilet are available on this floor - On the 2nd floor: a large bedroom with 1 double bed and 3 single beds and its private bathroom - In the other sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed and a dormitory with 5 single beds The living area consists of social spaces, one with many books and the other with a TV, a modern equipped kitchen, and a large table that can seat up to 20 guests. A magnificent terrace of over 100 m² allows you to enjoy the outdoors Guest access The cottage is at the entrance to the city of Luchon and 200 m from Luchon train station. It is therefore very easy to get there either by car or by train (open since June 2025) Other things to note We live there but in an apartment that is completely separate from the cottage. There is no shared access with the cottage. There is also a co-working space and a meeting room, making it an ideal place to organize your business seminars.
