The space This apartment is located on the ground floor of a small, peaceful condominium surrounded by greenery. Fully renovated, it stands out for its brightness and well-designed spaces. The living room, filled with natural light, opens onto a pleasant courtyard, perfect for a relaxing moment. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals in a friendly atmosphere. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a trundle bed that can be adapted to your needs, offering optimal flexibility for travelers. A modern bathroom and separate toilet complete the property. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site. Other things to note Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer. For self-check-in, a key box is available. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest. Please dispose of your trash before leaving and ensure the kitchen area is clean. Otherwise, a deduction from the security deposit will be made. • Pets are not allowed. • Parties and events are not permitted. • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.
