4 bedroom/8 person quiet house, mountain views and close to the lake The space Welcome to Doussard! Quietly located, a few hundred meters from the lake, discover a modern townhouse with garden. Ideal for 8 people, this fully equipped house is perfect for your family vacation by Lake Annecy. You will reach the municipal beach of Doussard in 2/3 minutes by car, and the beach of Angon in 5 minutes. Close to the nature reserve at the end of the lake for your digestive walks! The bike path is also a few hundred yards away. The Space: The ground floor has the living room, open to a large fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, separate toilet and a small garage ideal for storing your bikes or a small car. Upstairs you will find the 4 bedrooms, all equipped with 160 cm beds and storage. (One of them has its own shower room), separate toilet and bathroom. You can park two cars in front of the house, a common parking lot is also 100 m from the house. TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Linens will be provided for your stay. Non-smoking accommodation, pets are not allowed Check-in is possible every day from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. After 9 p.m., if a self-check-in solution cannot be found, you will be asked for an extra €20. If the place is available earlier, we will be happy to host you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed the day before your arrival.
