Welcome to your independent, warm and comfortable apartment, ideally located. Business trip, romantic getaway or vacation, our accommodation will meet all your expectations. It has a privileged location, you can do all your shopping on foot. River access 100 m for picnics, swimming and hiking. It is very well equipped, so you can feel at home there! ideal for 2 adults and a maximum of 1 child. Pets allowed with surcharge. The space Independent entrance on the ground floor. Upon entering, you will find a living room equipped with a connected TV, a sofa bed (ideal for a child) and a table that can accommodate up to four people. A small office area is also available to guests, with a printer, scanner and Ethernet socket. The separate kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, microwave, oven, three-burner induction stove, dishwasher and plenty of storage. A dining area is provided. Everything you need to prepare delicious meals is provided! On this level, you will also find separate toilets as well as a washing machine. The bedroom includes a 160 cm bed, a wardrobe and a connected TV. The bathroom, accessible from the bedroom, is equipped with a large shower, all the necessary toiletries, a vanity unit and a backlit mirror. We provide towels, linens and basic toiletries. You will also find everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your meals. Are you coming with your baby? Let us know and we will adapt the accommodation with all the necessary equipment to ensure you have a perfect family stay. The beds will be made upon arrival. Parking is available in front of the apartment (a few steps away) Please note that we do not have equipment for charging electric vehicles. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of €15 per stay.
