Located on the 1st floor of an old barn (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 31 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, a mezzanine, a bathroom (with shower) and a 3,500 m² garden. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - Main floor: - 31 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, working fireplace and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC 1st floor: - A mezzanine with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a study area Exterior: - A 10 m² south-facing private balcony with a table, 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs, directly accessible from the living area. - A shared 3,500 m² unfenced garden with deckchairs. Other things to note - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged. - The fireplace is functional, wood is optional (10 euros / day). - Pets accepted, for a supplement of 20€/ stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
