The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Lumio, this charming air-conditioned apartment less than a kilometer from the beach, with an area of 40 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a sleeping area, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of about 25 m². Wifi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Sleeping area: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 25 m² terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs, as well as an outdoor lounge to enjoy the warm weather. Other things to note - Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic). - No pets allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided upon request, for an additional fee (rental and payment to be made to our partner on site).
