In Joyeuse, in the heart of the Mas de la Bastide self-catering village, we offer you this charming 160 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an attractive 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of approx. 1000 m². The space The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 60 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood at extra cost) - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: two bunk beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 4: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom with shower, bath and separate WC + private terrace For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 40 m² semi-covered terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather Communal areas: - Three shared swimming pools, open from mid-April to the end of September (opening dates non-contractual), including one heated pool. - A beautiful garden of around 1000 m², shared with the other gîtes in the residence.
