Upstairs, a third bedroom with double bed and its own toilet, offers additional privacy and comfort. The house promises you a beautiful, welcoming living space, with a modern open and fitted kitchen, ideal for moments of sharing with family. A well-appointed powder room to meet the needs of the whole family is also located on the ground floor. Thanks to its large garden, it is possible to park several vehicles on the property, respecting the designated spaces.
