Two are Queen-size (200 x 160) and the third is King-size (200 x 180) for unrivaled comfort. Travel Light, Feel at Home: With ample storage space, settling in is effortless. We provide freshly laundered sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels throughout your stay. Parisian Luxury: Two pristine bathrooms feature invigorating showers and are equipped with essentials such as hairdryers, soap, shampoo, and towels. A shower mat ensures safety. Additionally, the property includes three toilets: one in each bathroom and one separate. A washing machine with dryer function in one of the property's toilets is available during your stay. Gastronomic Delights: Our dream kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including an oven, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine. Utensils, pots, and pans are provided, perfect for creating a Parisian feast. Relaxation and Entertaining: The spacious living room, complete with a television and a sofa convertible into a double bed, serves as your private sanctuary after a day of exploration. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability. Family-Friendly Services: Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated. A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood. Deposit Requirement: Deposit: €500 is required for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit credit card via SWIKLY. Refunds are issued within 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Chfeesarges: Key Management policy Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more. Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time. Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee. Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement. Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type. Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90. Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Key Management: Do not leave keys on the door or inside. Noise Levels: Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions. Internet Etiquette: Usage: Avoid unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Professional Usage & Photography: Restrictions: No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Individuals under the age of 23 will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult meeting the required age.
