The space This stone house called "La maison d'en haut" of about 200 m² spread over 3 floors, is well located in the center of the village and close to tourist attractions. Perfect for a "village spirit" stay for families or groups of friends. In the village there is a petanque court and a mini soccer field. Artist and art enthusiast, Stéphanie the owner also presents these works through a contemporary & warm atmosphere. This house is recommended for 6 adults only and 2 children in the sleeping area. Ground floor: A first air-conditioned living room and wood stove, overlooking an indoor garden of about 70 m², decorated with a small swimming pool (2.5 m x 4 m and 1.36 m deep) with stunning views of the valley, an invitation to stroll & relax. An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, kettle, stove, fridge-freezer, toaster) A nice travertine bathroom and toilet. 1st floor: An air-conditioned master suite (160 cm bed) with its open bathroom overlooking a full east terrace, guaranteed sunrise. A dressing room, a sauna (available depending on the season) A toilet A second living room with a large TV, home theater and stereo with a fireplace in the master suite. 2nd floor: Two double bedrooms (140 cm beds) A bathroom and toilet An "open air-conditioned, mezzanine type" sleeping area with two twin beds (90 cm beds). This space is exclusively reserved for children. Guest access The main entrance is located at 17 Rue des Pierres Taillées. Free parking is available all around the village Other things to note Please note, this house is built in the purest tradition of Provençal village houses, with many steps, so it is not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility. The open night area (mezzanine) with twin beds is exclusively reserved for children. An inventory and house rules are provided upon arrival. A multi-risk resort insurance certificate may be requested. A security deposit of €1000 is required upon key handover. In winter only, wood is available for fireplaces, up to 3 logs per fireplace and per stay. Then it is extra at the rate of €15 for 15 logs, seen together during the inventory to be paid on site.
