This peaceful accommodation in a small village in the heart of the Champagne vineyard, Grauves, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. In this village, you can find different local champagne producers you can visit. A bar restaurant (evening meals by reservation) and a bakery. It is 9 km (~10 min by car) from the capital of Champagne; Epernay, where there are prestigious champagne brands, which you can visit. The space This accommodation is a former dormitory for grape pickers that we have transformed into accommodation in which you will find: - a private entrance through a gate - a large courtyard to park your vehicle(s). - two bedrooms: - in the first you will find a bunk bed at the bottom for two people (140 x 200) and the top one for one person (90 x 200) - in the second you will find a queen size bed (160 x 200) - a bathroom with a sink (hairdryer, iron) a washing machine, a clothes drying rack and a shower. - a separate toilet - a storage room in which you will find a broom, a dustpan, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, a mop broom and a wringer bucket. - a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, hob (induction), dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, various dishes, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a fridge-freezer. A table with 4 chairs. - a living-dining room with TV, a sofa to relax, a sofa bed, a farm table with 6 chairs and a desk. Outside you will find a dining area for sunny days with direct access through the sunny kitchen in the morning, shaded in the afternoon with a garden table, chairs and a barbecue, a flowery field overlooks it.
