The space A fully renovated former grape harvesters' dormitory, this accommodation combines the charm of its history with modern comfort. You will enjoy a private entrance with a gate as well as a large enclosed yard where you can easily park one or more vehicles. The accommodation has two bedrooms: ● a first bedroom with a bunk bed consisting of a double bed (140 × 200) at the bottom and a single bed (90 × 200) at the top; ● a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, hairdryer, washing machine, clothes drying rack and iron with ironing board. The 2 toilets are separated. A storage space provides you with a vacuum cleaner, a broom, a dustpan, a mop with a bucket and wringer, as well as the necessary cleaning equipment. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the dishes, cutlery, and utensils needed for cooking. A table with four chairs completes this space. The living-dining room features a comfortable sofa, a sofa bed, a TV, a large farmhouse table with six chairs, and a desk. Outside, enjoy a pleasant dining area accessible directly from the kitchen. Sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon, it is furnished with a garden table, chairs, and a barbecue. A flower-filled plot overlooks this space and brings a touch of greenery conducive to relaxation.
