Other things to note Animals We accept a maximum of one pet in the accommodation, with an additional fee of €50. ∆ Attention ∆ Beach linen, sheets (fitted sheet, duvet cover, 65x65 pillowcases) and bath towels are AVAILABLE AS AN OPTION. Disposable mattress covers are provided. Cleaning is to be done upon departure or AVAILABLE AS AN OPTION. The property must be returned in perfect condition of cleanliness AND tidy (as found on arrival) A penalty of €90 will be considered in case of cleaning not done/poorly done. Terrace The water jet provided is only used to rinse the sand when returning from the beach. It is forbidden to use it to wash yourself and in particular to use soap/shampoo. It is forbidden to put laundry to dry on the walls of the residence. Vehicle The spaces in the residence are private, and guests are only allowed to park in the garage provided with the apartment. If you come with several vehicles, the others will have to park outside the residence. Large free parking is available at the entrance to La Grande-Motte. Keys In case of loss of keys (garage, bay window), an additional cost of €50 may be charged to guests (change of cylinder + double keys)
