We have set up a space with a barbecue, a large outdoor table and 10 chairs where you can have alfresco lunch, sunbeds and a large garden furniture to relax in the shade of the bamboo. - the POOL: You will enjoy a swimming pool on site from May to September . The pool is secured by an alarm system (activated on request if needed). Its solarium faces south, not overlooked, with sunbeds and umbrellas to relax in front of this exceptional panoramic view that you never get tired of. * INSIDE THE HOUSE * Inside you will find living areas bathed in light. Other things to note To ensure the calm and tranquility of the place and the neighborhood, we do not allow any parties or lively events on our property. Our accommodation is difficult to access for people with reduced mobility due to the presence of a few steps to access the front door and the terrace of the house. We will ask you for a deposit check of €600, uncashed, upon your arrival. Option of a cleaning package for €85 upon request. Following many unpleasant surprises, if the cleaning done upon your departure is not sufficient, this €85 fee will be charged to you by Airbnb. Thank you for understanding
