Hall full bath with hairdryer, bathroom supplies. Fully stocked kitchen with new refrigerator, full-size range, Keurig coffee maker, and Brita pitcher in the fridge. The palette is neutral and updated. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and one portable air conditioning unit for comfort. Walkable to nearby restaurants, coffee, and shops & conveniently located to everything Vacationland has to offer. After each stay the place is professionally cleaned & sanitized. Some bookings are back-to-back, with that being said it is really difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. We have two other properties nearby around the corner for other accommodations! We want to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible, so it's important to note that our property is located in a tranquil residential neighborhood. Our neighbors value peace and quiet, especially as they have early morning routines and young children. To respect the peaceful atmosphere of the area, we diligently enforce quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels during these times to maintain harmony in the neighborhood. Other Things to Note: While our close proximity to the lake offers many wonderful benefits, it also brings a few unique challenges. You might encounter some bugs not commonly found inland, such as Mayflies, midges, black-biting flies, and a few types of spiders. Rest assured, none of these insects are harmful to humans. However, please be aware that they may be present during your stay, particularly Mayflies and midges, which are more prevalent during May, June, and July. Thank you for considering for your stay!
