COMPACT LIVING - IMPORTANT SIZE 580 square feet Please note that while it sleeps up to 4 persons (important rate vary depending on number of persons, so inquire before booking), the unit is only 580 square feet with European compact design living including 3 small sleeping rooms (one bedroom has a regular size window, the other 2 small sleeping rooms have designer glass blocks on top of the wall reaching to ceiling to let natural lights in, and dine-in kitchen. IMPORTANT - MAX ONE FAMILY or 3 CLOSE FRIENDS Because of condo's European compact design, we allow a a maximum of one family (with 1 or 2 kids) or a maximum of 3 single adults that are close friends (without kids). Please note, it is important for you to understand the size of condo being 580 square feet (or about 54 square meters). If you need more space inquire about our 4 room or 7 room condos. IMPORTANT - POOL ACCESS Off-SITE: On the same 8th block as oceanfront CasaGrandeSouthBeach (as seen with clay roof in some aerial photos), you can also find Rooftop at Tiffany with heated pool access from $25/pp with a Resort Day Pass featuring Poolside Bar/Food/Beverage, Towel service, Wifi (subject to availability & price fluctuation, this is marked as a "shared pool" access in listing amenities option), next to News Cafe. It is about a 2-minute walk between our CasaGrandeSouthBeach condo and Tiffany rooftop pool. Please make sure you enter right estimated number of guests when inquiring. Also if you are on a limited budget please specify budget when inquiries as we have other units that are smaller/less expensive and larger/exclusive which may be more suitable for you. While this unit does not have ocean views, the building is facing the ocean, and the condo is on one of the higher floors, tucked away from street noise. Metered street parking is right outside the condo, and a parking garage is only about 1 block away. If you plan on arriving on a Friday or Saturday for more than five nights, please inquire about availability before booking. We usually do not allow Friday or Saturday arrivals if the stay is more than five nights since it would cover two possible weekends. BED SET-UP: Please get in touch with our home caretaker via EMAIL at least 7 days before your arrival with your preferred bed set up (if you are singles or couples/queen/king beds vs. twin beds). SOPHISTICATED CUSTOMIZED BED SETUP: Please see the floor plan for furnishings and bed setup options. Please note that we have a sophisticated and flexible customized bed set-up for each guest, where each bedroom can be set up with 1 Queen/King or 2 Single beds. For king-size bedding, we use a memory foam mattress topper, a king-size mattress cover, a king-size fitted sheets so there is no seam, and you can enjoy the extra memory foam comfort. SHEETS, DUVET & BEDDING - We provide 2 Twin-size down comforters for a king-size bed set up or 1 Twin down comforter for each twin-size bed set up. (1 per person) - We provide 4 pillows for a Queen/King size bed set up and 2 pillows for each Single bed set up (that is 2 per person) - When a Queen/King-size bed set up is requested, 2 single bed frames are placed together covered with memory foam and a Queen/King size mattress cover. (So, you get the comfortable Queen/King size bed experience). - We use duvet sheets around each down comforter, typical in Europe and most modern hotels. The duvet sheet cover sheets get washed before each guest's arrival. Therefore, we do not use any additional top sheets, as the duvet sheet that covers the comforter is the fitted top sheet.
