The space Entirely on one level, the cottage includes an entrance with library provided for all ages, serving: - a living room with lounge (sofa bed that converts to 140, coffee table, wood stove (wood supply included in the price), armchair, dining table with 6 chairs), fully equipped open kitchen with bar and stools (built-in dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, appliances) and its technical area (oven, microwave, washer-dryer, refrigerator, freezer), - a bedroom (2 beds 80 cm that can be pushed together to form a 160 cm bed and 1 bed 90 cm), - a bedroom (1 160 bed), (all beds are equipped with memory foam mattress toppers except for the two 80 beds in the separate configuration) - a bathroom with (walk-in shower, 2 sinks), - a separate toilet with hand basin. Enjoy a terrace with a lounge and dining area, but also a recreation area with table and benches for picnics (special dishes provided), a solarium equipped with parasol, floor mats and mattresses, petanque court and plancha. Stroll through our 13 hectares of woodland with its 5 km of hiking trails and the 7 hectares of our farm: an organic orchard and farm animals (donkeys, sheep, goats, chickens etc.).
