NA_MORADA DO MARUMBI - Nature and comfort

This house was built about 20 years ago in a gated community, on the banks of the Cari River and next to the Nhundiaquara River, in the Porto de Cima region in Morretes. It is a great place to rest, bathe in the river or pool, ride a bike, hike to see the nearby waterfalls, and enjoy Morretes in comfort. The house has an open concept kitchen, fully equipped, living and dining room, 4 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, and a swimming pool. The space The house is located within a gated community, next to the Hakuna Matata inn, which is a good option for meals. The condominium has direct access to the Nhundiaquara River, one of the most beautiful in Morretes. The house has antique furniture, which belonged to our grandparents, and furniture made with reclaimed wood. All beds are box beds. The sheets and towels are always of high quality and are changed when guests change. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the living room and master suite also have a fireplace. The swimming pool and outdoor area are practically on the river, which, with clean and calm waters, can be used for swimming without problems. The construction of the house was made with wood taken from a renovation in a large house in the center of Morretes, built in the 19th century and with demolition bricks. Guest access The gated community has four houses belonging to my family and a very generous green area, with trails in the woods, century-old fig trees and rivers. Guests can walk everywhere, bathe in the rivers, fish, etc. We ask that you keep the road gate closed, for peace of mind. There is internal access to the Hakuna Matata inn, where you can have a meal or play beach tennis (always negotiating services directly with the inn).
