Designed for 4 people with 1 bedroom, new 140 bed, bathroom and toilet, sitting area with new 140 sofa bed, kitchen, shaded terrace, enclosed garden area and inflatable spa. 5-minute walk to the Ardèche Gorges. Swimming, canoeing, tree climbing, children's games, walks or bike rides (greenway). The space We acquired this property in December 2023. We fell in love with this building. As part of its renovation, we wanted to keep the soul of this house. Sandrine and Ludovic welcome you to the cottage: Lou Caladou in stone. Located in a small real estate complex (Lou Caladou) composed of an old straw barn and an old wine building, containing a second cottage for four people with pool (l'Olivier). Lou Caladou was a pizzeria in the 70s. It is equipped to accommodate two adults and two children with 1 non-enclosed bedroom, a living area, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a private outdoor area with an inflatable spa. The entrance opens onto the living room which contains: - the dining area, — The lounge area with coffee table and the second bed (new 140*190 sofa bed). - a bar. -The non-enclosed bedroom consists of a bed (140*190 new), a small dressing room and two bedside tables with lamps. It is a 5-minute walk to the gorges of the Ardèche. Swimming, canoeing, tree climbing park, laser game ground and a children's play village (accrokid), rental of electric scooters and quads. Walks in the surroundings, on foot or by bike with the proximity of the greenway can complete your activities. Many tourist sites await you: Pont d'Arc, Chauvet 2 Cave, Orgnac Aven, Beaume and Chassezac Gorges, Silk Museum, Crocodile Farm and many more… Discover our villages: Vallon Pont d'Arc, Ruoms, Balazuc, Vogüé... Stroll through the local farmers' and artisans' markets. Other things to note - Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked under shelter in the closed enclosure of the buildings. – Cars can be parked in the outdoor parking lot 50 m from the cottage.
