We offer a comfortable 100 m² air-conditioned house, sleeping 6 people. The house has a private pool. Ideal location in Balagne with Lozari beach 10 minutes' walk and shops 300 m (restaurants, bakery, supermarket...). Ile Rousse is 8kms away and Calvi is 30kms away. Ideal starting point for visiting the prettiest villages of Balagne (Belgodère, Speloncato, Pigna, Sant' Antonino and so many others...) The space 🏡​ The single-storey house has a private pool, garden area and pétanque court. It has various living spaces distributed as follows: - living room with TV - a dining area - a fully equipped kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160*200) with 1 storage cabinet, 1 TV and 1 small desk, giving access to a shower room and toilet. - 2 bedrooms with double bed (160*200), TV and storage cabinet in each of them. - a bathroom with shower and washing machine - Restroom 🔆​ The living room space enjoys beautiful light thanks to 2 large bay windows. 🛏️​ The master bedroom opens onto the outdoor terrace and pool, and offers a magnificent sea view. The other 2 bedrooms also have sea views. 💦​ The pool is located at the terrace level where you can enjoy meals. The sea views and sunset are undeniable assets. A small artificial grass garden sits in the back of the house.
