Moulin du Buis - Nordic bath, charm and relaxation

Discover a duplex ideally located on the banks of the Rhône, in the heart of a 15th century mill. You will find a recent, clean, comfortable, well-equipped gîte with bright spaces Between Lyon, Bourg-en-Bresse, Geneva and Annecy; close to PIPA, CNPE, Via Rhôna; this duplex is for couples, families or professionals who appreciate proximity and calm. The plus? A loggia balcony equipped with a private Nordic bath with views of the Bugey mountains The space Le Moulin Du Buis is a set of old buildings under renovation where living spaces and historical mill mechanisms (water wheel, flour stone, oil stone...) intermingle. The "L'Entre-Deux" vacation rental is the first newly renovated space at Moulin Du Buis dedicated to hosting guests. With an area of 45 m2, it is composed of 3 levels with openings and bay windows facing the outside. On the ground floor, a private entrance that serves the laundry area (washing machine, dryer) as well as access to the apartment via a first staircase. On the 1st level, a sitting area overlooks the Moulin orchard and offers views of the Bugey mountains, which are the last foothills of the Jura. An open, equipped kitchen, as well as a wooden table/bar are available for your aperitifs, lunch or dinner. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster are also available. A spacious shower room with modern shower and toilet complete this level. A second staircase leads to the 2nd level, where you will find a bedroom with a superior quality 160 x 200 double bed as well as a wardrobe. A double French window gives you access to the Nordic bath area offering a unique 38-degree experience. Ideal for relaxing after a day of work, hiking, cycling or just to live the experience (use under conditions - see other information). Two bathrobes are available free of charge. Two extra beds are available with the sofa bed in the living room (140 x 200). A travel cot is also available for baby travelers Guest access You will have access to the entire "l'Entre-Deux" gîte as well as the laundry room which is shared with the main house. In a huge courtyard, two parking spaces are also at your disposal and spaces to secure your bikes if necessary. Other things to note The Nordic bath is limited to two people at the same time. It is heated by a wood fire and requires knowledge of how it works. The price of the stay includes wood for one-time use of the Nordic Bath at a temperature of 38/39 degrees Celsius. Any additional use must be booked and invoiced at €20. In addition, charcuterie boards & local cheeses, with drinks are also offered as well as breakfasts (by reservation only)
