L'étude, cottage in Dordogne for 6 people

Halfway between Limoges and Périgueux, we offer the "L'étude" gîte, renovated in 2023. Its privileged location in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin Natural Park will allow you to enjoy superb nature or cultural walks. Have fun with the whole family at this chic country-style place, in the heart of the village of La Coquille. The space Our gîte "L'étude" was completely renovated at the end of 2023 and has been offered for rent since May 2024. This 80 m2 accommodation is perfect for 6 people. It consists of a large dining room overlooking an open kitchen, a large living room with TV area, and 2 bedrooms. The bedding is of high quality: 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm, 1 bed 160 x 200 cm and a sofa bed 160 x 200 cm (daily bedding). The kitchen offers all the necessary equipment: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machines (filter coffee and Nespresso), fridge with freezer compartment... The bathroom offers a large shower with shower column and extra flat shower tray, towel dryer and washing machine. We provide sheets, bath towels, tea towels, sponges... The beds will be made upon your arrival. For entertainment, internet access, a smart TV, board games and books are available in the cottage. Finally, a courtesy tray will be offered to give you a warm welcome. Meals can be taken in the garden. A table, chairs, sun umbrella and barbecue are available. The Study is located in the heart of the village of La Coquille, on Rue de la République in the center of the village opposite the church. This street is busy during the day. The double room overlooks the backyard, the garden. La Coquille offers many services: post office, bank, restaurants, butcher, medical center, pharmacy, hardware store, snack bar, flea markets, supermarket with gas station... The SNCF train station will allow you to reach Limoges or Périgueux in 40 minutes, then Bordeaux. Children and parents can enjoy the City stadium for a game of basketball or soccer or take a bike, skateboard or scooter ride on the Coquille pumptrack. We will be happy to share with you the most beautiful walks to do in the area, the places where you can eat well and the other must-sees in the area! Visit us! Other things to note The price includes a water consumption package of 430 L of water per day (3 m3 per week) and an electricity consumption of 8 kWh per day. For families with babies, we provide a complimentary baby kit consisting of: - a baby cot - a high chair - a bouncer - a bathtub - a bottle warmer For your nature walks, we rent a 4x4 stroller that can carry 2 children. Its big wheels will allow you to enjoy beautiful walks without difficulty!
