The space The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Exterior: - A swimming pool shared with the owners (unheated) 4.5×10 m, accessible from 9 am to 7 pm and open from May 15 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual and depending on outside temperature). - A south-facing terrace of approx. 10 m², with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A private, enclosed garden of approx. 150 m². Other things to note Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fiber optics). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
