Relax in this quiet, stylish home sleeping up to 6 people. Surrounded by forest and meadows, while being located between 2 villages offering all amenities, our 18th century house has been completely renovated and restored taking into account the original style and seeking to combine modern comfort and respect for the environment. The accommodation is located 8 minutes from the highway exit and Terra Botanica Park, but also 20 minutes from the Accommodation Square in Angers. The space We searched for as much authenticity as possible in our renovation. This way you'll find exposed stone walls, original gates, exposed beams. Local materials have been privileged: slate, wood and tuffeau in particular. We also sought to use as many eco-responsible materials as possible, using wood wool for insulation, clay beads in lighted chapels on the floors instead of traditional polystyrene, heating is by heat pump, we installed photovoltaic panels and also a rainwater recovery tank... So if you are sensitive to the charm of the old without sacrificing modern comfort, and for you too the choice of materials is important, you should feel good here. In any case, that's what we've been looking for in this repair, every step of the way. Because going on weekends or holidays does not mean to us, making compromises on your sleep, because we were too often disappointed with the bedding offered in rentals, hotels, or other vacation places, we chose to offer a higher quality bedding, new. The double beds are 160 cm. On the ground floor: You will have a living room with a kitchen open to the living room including an original, functional tufa fireplace. The underfloor heating will bring you a soft comfort during the winter months. A small bedroom has 2 single beds. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet will complete this level. 1st floor: a large very chic room with ceiling height, exposed beams, fireplace (doomed) , 2 large fitted closets, one of which offers a safe. The room is bathed in light from morning to evening thanks to its double exposure. A bed 160 is offered. New bedding. An independent bathroom with toilet is offered for this room. It also has a walk in shower. 2nd floor: another large bedroom is offered and can accommodate 2 people in a bed 160. Crazy charm with its exposed framework, and double exposure, it will make you feel in a very warm little cocoon. An ensuite bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet will finish bringing you as much as possible. If you come as a family with a baby, do not hesitate to let us know as soon as you book in order to offer you all the desired equipment: high chair (bloom) that can be cozy, crib, crib, booster seat etc... if we can we will do our best for your comfort and that of your children. We do not accept pets because we have dogs and horses/ponies ourselves, we want to preserve the safety and calm of the place. Guest access The accommodation is totally independent and you will therefore access it independently. Other things to note We have horses / ponies (4) on-site. We'd love to share them with you. Our dog comes to complete all this little people. She is an extraordinary kindness. You will surely meet her when you come. And if you're afraid, we'll keep it close to us without any worries.
