By renting our 3 cottages on the same estate, you give yourself the possibility of a vacation with friends or family while having the possibility of having each one's "home": Le Souriceau (5 people), Le Chevreau (5 people), and Le Veau (16 people). Highlights: Heated indoor pool, Outdoor pool in high season, Animals (pony, chickens, goats), playground, petanque court, trampoline, zip line, golf course, foosball, billiards. SPA area and massages at extra cost. The space RENTAL ONLY BY THE WEEK IN JULY AND AUGUST - FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. You can enjoy a private outdoor area with table, chairs and umbrella. In addition to your dedicated space, you will have access to a shared indoor pool with terrace and Chilean loungers, an outdoor pool with hours: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (in high season - July and August only). The estate's garden also offers a petanque court, a trampoline, a zip line, a golf course (putting green), a foosball table, a billiard table and a playground for children. In the boiler room you will find DVDs, books and board games. You can treat our chickens and goats to your leftovers and peelings (instructions will be provided upon arrival). Bikes are available to enjoy the surrounding circuits. Hiking enthusiasts, 3 arrowed circuits start from the estate. And many other routes are available in the nearby villages. In addition and by appointment, you can enjoy a relaxation area with SPA, sauna and hammam as well as the experience of a relaxation therapist for wellness touch massage techniques. As our house is on site, we are relatively flexible for check-in times. Indoor amenities: - Capsule coffee maker + piston coffee maker, fridge-freezer, microwave dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, toaster, kettle... - Television without access to channels but DVDs available. - Sheets, towels provided and beds made on arrival. No smoking. Pets not allowed. No Wi-Fi. Outdoor amenities: - Barbecue Baby equipment on request: folding crib and high chair. Available: - Iron and ironing board - Washing machine and dryer -Board games - Outdoor games 5 min: A bakery, butcher and 24-hour API connected supermarket. 10 min: tree climbing, golf, horseback riding, cinema, shopping area. 20 minutes away: Angoulême and its TGV station. Within an hour: Cognac, Périgord. 1 hr 15 min: Monkey Valley 1.5 hours away: Futuroscope, Bordeaux and its vineyards, the Atlantic coast. We can't wait to host you at Domaine de l'Agneau! Other things to note - We don't have Wi-Fi yet (but we're looking forward to fiber!) - No animals allowed. However, in the event of privatization, it is possible to make a request: depending on the animal, we can accept on an exceptional basis. - We live there to manage the relaxation space as well as the care of animals and others. We are discreet but available when needed.
