The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in the municipality of Plounéour-Brignogan-beaches, this charming house about 200 m from Garo beach, with an area of 240 m² and accommodating up to 15 guests. It consists of a pretty 100 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and a beautiful 170 m² terrace. Wi-Fi, linens and towels included, we're just waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - 100 m² living room with sofa and sofa bed, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood supplied) - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Laundry room - Shower room - Separate WC 1st floor: - Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: three bunk beds (sleeps 6) with en-suite shower room with basin - Bathroom with whirlpool bath and WC 2nd floor: - Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 5: two double beds (140×200) - Library corner with sofa and table soccer - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 170 m² terrace, south-west facing and not overlooked, with outdoor kitchen and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
