This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Stéphane and Bénédicte offer their vacation home in Gueutteville les Grès, a small Norman village just 6 minutes from the sea. You will appreciate the charm of this typical farmhouse which is carefully furnished to accommodate 8 people. Guests will have access to a beautiful south-facing garden. You will also have private parking and a shed to store your bikes and beach accessories. The space The 140m2 longhouse includes a large living room (40m2) with an insert, a well equipped kitchen and an office area, an independent toilet, an independent bathroom with shower and wc a laundry room with a washing machine and cleaning accessories and a water softener. 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: ch.1: 2pers-160/200cm bed - bathroom with shower and wc, ch.2: 2pers-160/200cm bed, ch.3: bunk bed for 2 to 3 people, children preferably - 90/200cm. 1 bedroom upstairs: ch.4: 1 springbox-160/200cm bed – shower area. Heat pump heating - WiFi and TV. All rooms are very bright and are on the ground floor except ch.4. You will also enjoy the veranda, very practical in any season with a foosball table, the south-facing terrace and the south-facing garden of 2400 m2, the private parking and a shed for storage, the carriage house with the possibility of drying linen, combi, equipment. The reading of water and electricity meters is done at the beginning and end of the rental. Consumption included in the price of the stay up to 1 m³ of water per day and 50 kWh of electricity per day. The surplus recorded via the smart meters will be deducted from the security deposit at the actual rate. Linens and linens are not provided.
