The house is part of a set of 3 townhouses, the garden remains shared between the 3 houses. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture. The space The rented places are intended for a maximum of 8 people, including 1 baby in a travel cot. Our house has on the ground floor: - 1 entrance overlooking the living room - 1 bicycle garage - 1 toilet - 1 kitchen overlooking the garden-side terrace Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms - 1 open space with double sofa bed - 1 dressing room - 1 shower room Basement: - 1 laundry area Guest access Some storage spaces should not be used or visited by the Tenant, as these spaces contain the private affairs of the owner: - Refrigerator in the basement - Storage space behind screens in the basement Other things to note • Provision of sheets, towels, shower mats, tea towels • Baby cot + sheet, baby chair upon request • A charcoal brazier/grill • Shower gel, toilet paper, cotton pads • Dishwashing liquid + sponge, paper towels, garbage bags, a few dishwasher dishwasher, laundry • Basic groceries (salt, pepper, herbs, sunflower oil, olive oil, vinegar, etc.) • Senseo coffee maker and a few coffee pods • A few tea bags + herbal tea
