Private parking is available in front of the gîte. Enclosed 25 m² terrace (southeast-facing), with a bicycle shed (bicycles available for loan). Ground floor: kitchen open to the living room (140x190 sofa bed), 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), and a shower room/separate toilet.
