A beautiful cottage nestled in a green setting, just 10 minutes from the beaches of Houlgate and Villers-sur-Mer, and 15 minutes from the famous Deauville boards. This large half-timbered house, typically Norman, embodies both authenticity and tranquility. The space In winter, you will appreciate the warmth of the large living room with its fireplace where you can relax by the fire, and in summer, its vast wooded garden, not overlooked, will offer you an idyllic setting to enjoy the surrounding nature. Le Pré Vert is ideally located to discover the richness and vibrancy of the Normandy coast. Between beaches, iconic cities like Deauville and Honfleur, and the countryside with its picturesque landscapes, you'll be spoiled for choice for your getaways. On the ground floor, you will find a warm entrance that leads to a large bright living room, equipped with a piano for music lovers, a functional fireplace and a TV for your moments of relaxation. The open, fully-furnished and equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing friendly meals for families or groups of friends. This level also includes a separate toilet, as well as a practical laundry room with washer and dryer. WIFI is available throughout the house. Upstairs, the sleeping area is designed to comfortably accommodate the whole family. There you will find: - An office with a functional workspace, as well as a sofa bed, which can be converted into a double bed. - A bathroom equipped with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a great day. - A separate toilet. - A children's bedroom with two bunk beds. - A double bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed. - Another double bedroom, with a 140 x 200 cm bed, spacious and bright. - One last double bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 190 cm. - A modern and practical shower room to complete this floor. Guest access Please note that pets are not allowed in this accommodation. At MyPacôme Conciergerie, infants are welcome! However, no amenities are available on-site. For added comfort, we offer you suitable amenities for rent, delivered and installed before your arrival: - Baby cot with mattress, mattress pad and sheets: €12 per night - High chair: €10 per night - Baby kit (bed + high chair): €19 per night To make the most of your stay, our room service offers a wide range of additional services: home massage, home chef service, wood kit, aperitif board delivery, oenoludic animation (wine tasting + aperitif board), car cleaning, bike rental and much more.
