A beautiful cottage nestled in a green setting, just 10 minutes from the beaches of Houlgate and Villers-sur-Mer, and 15 minutes from the famous boards of Deauville. This large half-timbered house, typically Norman, embodies both authenticity and tranquility. The space In winter, you will appreciate the warmth of the large living room with its fireplace where you can relax by the fire, and in summer, its vast wooded garden, without vis-à-vis, will offer you an idyllic setting to enjoy the surrounding nature. Le Pré Vert is in an ideal location to discover the richness and excitement of the Normandy coast. Between beaches, iconic cities like Deauville and Honfleur, and inland with its picturesque landscapes, you'll be spoilt for choice for your getaways. On the ground floor you will find a warm entrance that serves a large bright living room, equipped with a piano for music lovers, a functional fireplace and a TV for your moments of relaxation. The open kitchen, fully fitted and equipped, is perfect for preparing convivial meals with family or friends (note that only the left oven works). This level also includes a separate toilet, as well as a convenient laundry room with washer and dryer. WIFI is available throughout the house. Upstairs, the sleeping area is designed to comfortably accommodate the whole family. Here you'll find: - A desk with a functional workspace, as well as a sofa bed, which can turn into a double bed. - A bathroom equipped with a bath, perfect for relaxing after a beautiful day. - A separate toilet. - A children's room with two bunk beds. - A bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm. - Another double bedroom, with a 140x200 cm bed, spacious and bright. - One last double bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm. - A modern and convenient shower room to complete this floor.
