The house comprises 1 Double Bedrooms on the ground floor with 160cm bed (Bedroom 3) 1 double bedroom with 160cm bed on the floor (bedroom 1) 1 children's room upstairs with a 90x200 bunk bed and a trundle bed for sleeping one (80x200cm) or two (convertible into 160x200) (bedroom 2) An additional room in the basement accessible by a Japanese staircase from the living room, without a window but air-conditioned, will allow you to be more flexible for sleeping with a bunk bed or a double bed. (Room space in photos) Kitchen is equipped with all the basic equipment as well as - Dolce gusto coffee machine - Piston coffee maker - thermomix The house is rented for 8 people maximum. Ideal for 4 adults and 4 children or 6 adults. €80 cleaning fee required. Other things to note Linens (sheets and towels) are provided from June to August. For the other months, we can offer it as a paid option. Please provide 80 euros for the mandatory cleaning fee.
