The space The villa is located in a small residence and has a garage and parking space. The villa has 3 bedrooms including one with its private bathroom. At this property, we accept small dogs under certain conditions and for an additional fee. No cats or large dogs. Contact us before you book. The ideal capacity of the listing is 4 adults and 2 children (or teenagers). The reservation is open for up to 7 people with a minimum of 2 children. For the holiday season we only accept families, after prior exchange. Guest access Entire place is for guests only. The villa is ideally located (12 km from Toulouse, 15 minutes from the metro, 5 minutes from the A68 (Toulouse/Albi) and 5 minutes from the Domaine de Preissac, shopping center and shops 5 minutes away) Other things to note Before you book, we ask that you review the house rules applicable to our listing as well as the terms below: • We welcome our guests (no lockbox), and check-in is between 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. during a time slot confirmed in advance. • the end of stay cleaning is included. • Soap / shampoo, toilet paper, and various consumables are not provided. • for business travelers: - linens and towels are included - For any reservation greater than 21 days, a cleaning will be done every 15 days (mandatory and included in the rate). • for individuals: our rates are flexible, linen and internet are optional, and you have the freedom to personalize your stay by adding, according to your needs and desires: - Bed linen: €10/bed - Linens: €5/person - internet access: 5g coverage is excellent, but if you prefer a dedicated wifi connection for more flexibility, this option is available at €20/stay • Electric vehicle charging is strictly prohibited in our accommodation • for guests with a recent or low rating profile, a security deposit of €500 per CB imprint will be requested at check-in, failing which the reservation will not be maintained • The common areas of the residence are under video surveillance
