Please read all listing details before making your reservation. This cute cottage is in the central Austin "Heritage neighborhood" just behind the historical "Brogan House". We are just a few blocks from UT and less than ten minutes by car to downtown, Lady Bird Johnson Lake, and (about 10-15 minutes to) Barton Springs, and Zilker Park (ACL FEST). The space The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every visit. Your health and ours is what matters most. Please note-smoking is not permitted anywhere on this property. Please read all listing information before making your reservation. This cute cottage is in the central Austin "Heritage neighborhood" just behind the historical "Brogan House". We are just a few blocks from UT and less than ten minutes by car to downtown, Lady Bird Johnson Lake, and (about 10-15 minutes to) Barton Springs, and Zilker Park (ACL FEST). This is a fully furnished tiny house (340 square ft) cottage. We are within walking distance to UT, and biking distance to the Capitol and downtown Austin. We are just two blocks from the bus stop, Lime scooters, and a wide variety of wonderful local restaurants, shops (such as Antone's Records), Wheatsville Coop or Central Market (for groceries), & Pease park (walking/running trail). PLEASE NOTE*Rentals of thirty days or longer are exempt from the hotel occupancy tax. Our vacation tiny house cottage offers open space for living and sleeping (FULL/DOUBLE sized (53"x75") Murphy bed (cozy for two) with a medium firm mattress), living, dining, and a desk. The cottage has a fully furnished kitchen and washer and dryer. There is a shower with a bench in the bathroom. The price is for one to two guests. There is a $35/night charge for adding a third guest, but it is not recommended that three guests stay here. The cottage is not suitable for infants and young children. The cottage is cozy. The Heritage Neighborhood is in Central Austin, pedestrian and bike friendly with tree lined streets, and is family oriented. Walk to stores, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and brew pubs. There is a gravel filled guest parking spot on W31st in front of the wood gate leading to Crow cottage. The yard is shared with the main house, but is separated with a fence for our dogs, who are friendly, but bark at visitors. Our dogs are kept indoors between 10pm-8am. There is a separate Wifi (password in black book on desk) for the cottage. The cottage has a tv and guitar for guests to use. The cottage has a private entrance through the gate next to the carport on W31st St. Private entrance is on W31st St. though the wood gate painted with a crow. We have a grocery carrier available for guest use. Sometimes we can provide things you might have forgotten to pack, so don't hesitate to ask. Host is onsite. The front home, known as The Brogan Home is listed on the historic home registry with the city of Austin and there are several other historic homes in the neighborhood. The cottage has a private and separate entrance through the wood gate (has a crow painted on it) next to the carport on W31st St. There is a grocery carrier available for guest use and small garden. Sometimes we can provide things you might have forgotten to pack, so please don't hesitate to ask. host on site. I love that my neighborhood is within walking distance to so many great restaurants and entertainment, including: Counter Cafe- wonderful restaurant for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Texas French Bread-great walnut scones & lots of other yummy things. Spider House-great place to grab some coffee and hang out. Hopfields- bistro food and tasty brews. Blacks Bbq- famous Elgin restaurant in Austin. Sometimes has a line to get in. Wheatsville-an awesome coop and their handmade sandwiches & hot food bar are great also. Amy's Ice cream-must have their add-ins! There is a bus stop two blocks east of the cottage right on Guadalupe St. The front home, known as The Brogan Home is listed as an Historic Home with the city of Austin and there are several other historic homes in the neighborhood. Guest access To get to the cottage enter through the wood gate with a crow painted on it, which is next to the carport on W31st St. There is a grocery carrier available for guest use and small garden. Sometimes we can provide things you might have forgotten to pack, so please don't hesitate to ask. Other things to note No sublets allowed. The person who made the reservation must be the person staying.
