House with hot tub and pool near mountain and lake

Charming house of 120 m² in Savoie with private spa and swimming pool. Just 20 min from a family ski resort, enjoy the slopes in winter and the pool in the summer. Close to Lac du Bourget, Aix-les-Bains and Annecy, relax in a peaceful setting, ideal for a relaxing holiday for families or friends. Between skiing, walks by the lake or in the mountains, and relaxing moments at the spa, this house is perfect for a refreshing getaway in any season. The space House in the countryside but close to everything. This house is our primary residence, we hope you feel good there. The house is strictly Non-smoking. It will be pleasant summer and winter, both for skiing and snowshoeing at Le Revard or enjoying the lake and heated pool from June to August. It has 3 bedrooms with three double beds (140X190) including one with en-suite shower room, a large bathroom with shower and bath and toilet and an independent toilet. Bed and bath linen package required in addition to €60/stay (payment upon arrival). Heating with pellet stove (provided in winter). You can take advantage of the optional 5-seater spa (200€ per week). Guest access You will have access to the whole house. Only the office room will be doomed to store our personal belongings. If you want to have access, this may be possible but at an additional cost. Do not hesitate to ask us to discuss this matter. You will also have access to the garage where you will have at your disposal: washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer, croque sir/waffle machine, pierrade, fondue machine and raclette. In the kitchen, you will have at your disposal bean coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, sodastream. The heated pool is accessible from mid may to end of August. The spa is available if you opt for the option. Other things to note We are the happy owners of a cute kitty named Cinnamon. As a full member of the family, we cannot resolve to put her in pension during our absences. As a result, we'd be grateful if you could feed her and get her out during your stay.
