Charming house of 120 m² in Savoy with private spa and pool. Just 20 minutes from a family ski resort, enjoy the slopes in winter and the pool in summer. Close to Lake Bourget, Aix-les-Bains and Annecy, relax in a peaceful setting, ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. Between skiing, walks by the lake or in the mountains, and moments of relaxation at the spa, this house is perfect for a refreshing getaway in any season. The space House in the countryside but close to everything. This house is our main residence, we hope you will feel comfortable there. The house is strictly non-smoking. It will be pleasant summer and winter, both for skiing and snowshoeing in Revard or enjoying the lake and the heated pool from June to August. It has 3 bedrooms with three double beds (140 X 190) including one with en-suite shower room, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and toilet and a separate toilet. Mandatory bed and bath linen package in addition to €60/stay (payment upon arrival). Heating with pellet stove (supplied in winter). You can enjoy the optional 5-seat hot tub (€200 per week). Guest access You will have access to our entire house. Only the office room will be locked to store our personal belongings. If you wish to have access to it, this may be possible but at an additional cost. Don't hesitate to contact us to discuss. You will also have access to the garage where you will have at your disposal: washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer, croque monsieur/waffle maker, pierrade, fondue and raclette machine. In the kitchen, you will have a coffee machine, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Sodastream. The heated pool is accessible from mid-May to the end of August. The spa is available if you choose the option. Other things to note We are the happy owners of a pretty kitty named Cannelle. A full member of the family, we cannot bring ourselves to board her during our absences. Therefore, we would be grateful if you could feed her and take her out during your stay. And if you want to cuddle her then that will be even better 😻
