Amandiers - studio in Père-Lachaise

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. To do this, we provide fully furnished and equipped apartments, artfully designed, for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space Beautifully renovated and furnished studio located on Rue Robineau, in the Père-Lachaise district, in the 20th Arrondissement. It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, close to Gambetta, Ménilmontant and Rue Saint-Maur stations. In the surrounding area, you can find attractions such as La Bellevilloise and L'Atelier des Lumières. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bed is equipped with soft sheets, ideal for a good night rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and cooking utensils. The apartment has a bathroom equipped with a full shower and towels. The apartment also has a washing machine and dishwasher for your comfort. In addition, high-speed WiFi and SmartTV. *Pets are welcome, but a fee may be applied. Guests will be notified of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be responsible for any noise (construction or street noise) outside the apartment. We also cannot be held responsible for rooms without air conditioning (all rooms with air conditioning will be explicitly explained in our description). We won't accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all the furniture and decor elements of the apartments to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of the regular maintenance of the listings, the improvement of the design and the staging of the photos, there may be slight differences between the furniture presented in the photos and the one you will find in the apartment. Other things to note To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay. This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
