Located on a quiet and peaceful street, you can enjoy a swimming pool and a large 500 m2 garden with terrace. The house has all the necessary amenities for optimal comfort. Mauguio is a dynamic village, you will be less than 15 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from Montpellier and 10 minutes from the airport. A deposit check (mandatory) of €1000 will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure after having carried out the inventory and the return of the keys in your presence.
