Located in a quiet and peaceful street,you can enjoy a swimming pool and a large garden of 500m2 with terrace. The house has all the amenities needed for optimal comfort. Mauguio is a dynamic village,you will be less than 15 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from Montpellier and 10 minutes from the airport.
