Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with bath). The space The apartment is composed as follows - A 25 m² living room with TV, a double sofa-bed acting as a bed, a sofa-bed with pull-out bed (140×190) (making 2 child-size beds) and a dining area. - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with bath and WC Exterior: - A 3 m² balcony with furniture (a table, 4 chairs and a deckchair) to enjoy the sunny days. The studio is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : sailing school, golf, accrobranche, horse riding, mountain biking, aquatic center, ... Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the residence.
