Bed linen and towels are available free of charge. A baby bed and high chair can be provided upon request. For your comfort, the house is equipped with a heating or cooling ceiling system depending on the season. Outside, an exotic wooden terrace with bioclimatic pergola, garden furniture, sun loungers will allow you to enjoy the pool secured by a shutter. On the front of the house is a grill area with plancha. The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron with ironing board. Parking for 1 car inside the property and free parking outside. The villa "Les Clématites" is the ideal place to rest, enjoy the beach, visit our beautiful region (less than 20 minutes from Perpignan, Collioure, St Cyprien, Le Barcarès, etc.), hike (Gorges de la Carança, coastal path) and why not board the famous little Yellow Train for a ride in the Catalan Pyrenees. During school holidays, minimum one week rental. Check-in and checkout are on Saturdays. Possibility to rent for 4 people excluding school holidays, long weekends and public holidays, subject to availability. LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: in order to respect the neighborhood, please limit noise between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. We may use the bank deposit in case of overflows or damage. Guest access By staying at the villa "Les Clématites" you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation with the exception of the 5th bedroom reserved for the owners and the technical heating room. Other things to note We attach great importance to the cleanliness of the space, careful cleaning, and rigorous sanitary disinfection are done between each tenant. The swimming pool is heated from May 1, 2026 Check-in: check-in by appointment between 4PM and 8PM Check-out: by appointment between 8am and 11AM For one-week stays, arrivals and departures are on Saturday.
