Beautiful house in the heart of the Normandy countryside

Our house, nestled in the heart of the trough country, is the perfect place to connect to nature for a weekend or week of vacation. Measuring 120 m2, the house is spacious and bathed in Light thanks to its wide openings overlooking the Normandy countryside. Built on a 4.5 ha lot, it is out of sight. Only neighbors will be cows that come to graze in the field next door, and our bees installed in our vegetable garden. The space The house, of typical Norman architecture with its half-timbering, was completely renovated in 2023 with quality materials and was tastefully decorated. The house comprises: On the ground floor: - a "cathedral" living /dining room (6 m high under ceiling) including: a log burner for your evenings by the fireplace, wide windows to enjoy the magnificent sunsets, a table for 8 people for meals with family or friends - A terrace for your aperitifs and dinners in season - a fully equipped kitchen (including induction stove, hood, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, citrus press) and equipped with a functional original bread and pizza oven if you ever want to be tempted! -Two separate toilets, - a bathroom with double vanity, shower, bathtub and washing machine/dryer, - a double room with a 160 cm bed and quality bedding Upstairs /access to the living room staircase: - a mezzanine TV area (Netflix and dvd player only) with a double bed for two people, - A reading nook - one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be brought together if necessary to form a double bed 160 Upstairs / through the entrance staircase access: - A master bedroom of 22 m2 with bed 160 and a shower, stunning views over the countryside thanks to its large "triangle" window Home access Our house is nestled in the Normandy countryside. I'll send you a document to make it easier for you to access. If you wish, we can also call before your arrival to explain the road to take you. This house is our country house, you will feel at home! You may encounter spiders due to the change in Normandy weather! Directions to facilitate your access to the house: When you arrive at the garbage cans, you have to continue straight on and especially not take the path on the right. Arriving at the farm, you have to take the path on the right and drive to the house (the entrance will be on the left) Please let me know if you need anything By train: the nearest railway station is Lisieux 30 min away by car By road: count 2 hours 45 minutes from Paris Guest access You can occupy the whole house. The house therefore has three double beds (including one extra on the mezzanine), a floor mattress in the master bedroom, two single beds that can be pushed together. So it can accommodate up to 9 people. An umbrella bed can also be provided on request. Other things to note The house is accessed by a path redone by the City Hall in April 2024. Guests can park your car next to the house, in the parking lot provided for this purpose. Fiber is being connected. In the meantime, don't worry, you can have internet thanks to the 4G box in the kitchen. Remote work is possible, internet access with the 4G box is quite good quality.
